Our talented, diverse staff are board certified and have over 15 years of financial services, real estate development and marketing experience. Business, financial and quantitative research scholars, our talented and diverse staff combined have educational backgrounds from William and Mary, University of Charleston, Touro College, Touro University, East Stroudsburg University and Virginia Commonwealth University. All staff members are required to have at least five years experience in finance, business, marketing or accounting from real world organizations such as T-Mobile, Staples, and Capital One.
Dr. S. Shay Parris
Dr. Shay Parris is a board certified credit consultant with extensive experience in consumer credit, financial restoration services and real estate. She is a business leadership scholar, dedicating the last consecutive 15 years to academic research, achieving multiple advanced degrees and certifications. Dr. Shay handles consumer credit and related services, including credit repair, credit restoration, collections negotiations, pre- and post-bankruptcy counseling, and mortgage education certifications.
Star Eltsuh
Star Eltsuh is a board certified credit consultant with over ten years experience in consumer law, corporate marketing and mental health services. She has worked for several top firms on Wall Street before working as an executive at Parris Consulting Group. Star recently became partner at Parris Consulting Group, progressing the organization to a full service financial restoration firm. Star handles operations, marketing, consumer law, customer relations, credit repair, credit restoration, collections negotiations and bankruptcy rebuilding.
Atarah Parris
Atarah is certified in customer service, money management and communication operations. She works closely with all credit and financial professionals to provide superior services for all clients.
Gracianna Mercer
Gracianna is a board certified credit consultant with over ten years experience in customer service and credit counseling. Gracianna recently became a member at Parris Consulting Group handling individual credit repair, credit restoration, consumer relations, collections negotiations and pre- and post- bankruptcy rebuilding.
